It’s May and the weather is still quite cold, it seems that spring is in no hurry, unlike us, as our schedule is busier than usual this spring.
We have an exciting month ahead of us, starting with a workshop for a group of new church planters this coming Thursday evening, the 8th of May. We hope and pray for a good turnout.
Our F.R.O.G. (Fully Relying On God) youth ministry is going well, and we are using Tim Hawkins’ material “Discipleship training series”. Please pray for the leaders and the youth as we study God’s Word together.
On the 22nd of May, the ladies of the church will gather for an evening as we continue our series on womanhood, looking at the facets of our womanhood as wives.
On the 23rd, we’ll have the penultimate lesson in the Marriage Preparation Course.
Then on the 24th, we will have a Team Day for those in our church who are responsible for different ministries in the church. It’s a great opportunity to spend half a day together, encouraging and praying for each other. Chris will be preparing a teaching session, and we would appreciate your prayers for this day.
We are in the middle of planning the family camp for the summer and the whole team is excited about it. This year, our entire church will be coming to the camp, and we are really looking forward to it.

- Pray for all the teaching preparations we are making. Please be especially prayerful for Chris as, in addition to all the teaching and preaching, he takes on a fourth apprentice (short term) during May and June.
- Please pray also for the two upcoming events on the 8th and 24th of May.
- We would also be grateful for your prayers for the coming weeks, as we both have much to do and that the Lord will give us energy and strength to serve Him diligently and with even greater joy.
